Account basics: your name, email, and workspace name. Content: the boards, cards, comments and files you and your team create. Usage: anonymous, aggregated product metrics — no content, no identifiers. We collect nothing else, and we never sell anything.
When you open a card — or the morning brief runs — Jeriv's AI reads that card's description, comments, attachments and history to produce a summary, a priority and a next action.
The read happens inside your workspace's scope. Your content is never used to train shared or cross-customer models. Ever. This isn't a settings toggle we could flip later — it's the rule the architecture is built around.
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, in the region you choose at signup. Backups follow the same rules. On Scale and private deployments, the keys and the walls are yours.
Your data stays as long as your account does. Delete a card and it's gone from production within 30 days; backups roll off within 90. Full export — boards, comments, files, history — is one click, any time, in a format you can actually read. No lock-in, no retention games.
Least-privilege access internally, audit logs on Scale plans, SAML SSO, and a responsible-disclosure policy for anything you find. If procurement needs the paperwork, the contact page has a human.
